Using 3D modeling software, we can design a single component or complete assembly for you. From selection of the highest grade raw materials, through manufacturing with our customized equipment, we concentrate on one thing, providing customers with the best possible product.
Tool and Die
Vulcan Spring's experienced staff of Tool Designers and Toolmakers can design and build whatever is necessary for a product. Whether it's a simple forming tool or a multi-progression die, we have all the required equipment in-house for the job. Our dedicated team members have experience with wire EDM equipment, CNC mills, CNC grinders and lathes and are all capable of manufacturing tooling to the strictest tolerances.
Rapid Prototyping
Whether the spring design requires plastic or steel components, Vulcan Spring's engineers can deliver working prototypes. Our CNC machining centers can produce components from steel or other alloys, and the 3D printing machine can make plastic components from ABS.
